Acknowledgement All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within a few minutes of finalising registration online. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder prior to contacting [email protected] Alterations Alterations to your registration must be in received in writing: [email protected] At the Conference The Registration Desk will be open from: ~ 8.30am to 4.30pm, Wednesday 23 September 2026 ~ 8.00am to 5.00pm, Thursday 24 September 2026 ~ 7.30am to 4.00pm, Friday 25 September 2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be made in writing to the PCO (Professional Conference Managers). Cancellations made by Monday 10 August 2026 will be refunded, less 15% to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. |
Payment All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation. Credit Cards AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as 'Workz4U Conference Trust Ltd' on your statement. Please note credit card payments attract a fee. This fee will be added to the amount currently showing once you select your card type. Online Banking If transferring funds from overseas please ensure you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.
